Stephanie is an experienced sailor, and Instructor.

 

Having previously held senior management positions with special responsibility for training and development, she is well qualified to organise this type of conference.

 

Essential to the success of  this type of event is the review package which has been specially developed  by Stephanie to give measurable results & benefits.

Keith has also held senior positions in industry. An experienced  RYA Yachtmaster Instructor, he is used to building the Team ethic, and extracting the best from crew.

 

Having run his own company and worked for multinational organisations Keith is used to identifying strengths and weakness.

 

This combination of experience gives a balance to assessment of candidates, which leads to greater fulfilment.
